Step 1

In order to participate in the ECO-Schools programme, please follow the following steps.  Please note that everytime you apply to do a new star, you will have to download and submit the same forms, this will ensure that our records will remain up to date with all the relevant, authorised and current contact information we need.

1. A School’s Representative is required to log-in to www.ecoschools.com.qa using a secured User ID and Password as pre-requested earlier from the ECO-Schools Committee using the “ECO-Schools User Access Request Form”
2. Register through the ECO-Schools website by downloading the required forms and uploading the same along with other requirements
   
   FORMS:
   
   
   
   1. Registration Form - Schools to provide all the required details to register and obtain website access along with the supporting documents
   2. Project Plan Form - Schools to outline all the details of the project, i.e. brief description, detailed description, goals, target, timeline, etc.
   3. Progress Report Form - Schools to submit along with the necessary evidences of their new OR existing projects


3. Once the Nominated Teacher access is created, the Teacher can create access for Students and facilitate their own School’s Forum in the website
4. The Nominated Teacher is to submit the school's Project Plan by Uploading the “Project Plan Form” with the required details through the ECO-Schools website.
