Schools should continue making proactive contributions for more ECO-Stars through more projects

The ECO-Star Awards will be awarded according to the following criteria:

level of the projects’ impact/contribution to the environment and the society at large
projected outcome vs actual performance.
value-added benefits if they exceeded expectations and most importantly Merit. It is better to try and not succeed, than to never have tried at all.

Schools to maintain positive progress on previous projects ECO-star awards only last one year. In order to retain the ECO-Star Awards, schools must ensure that completed projects are maintained.
Schools to submit their “Progress Report” (for new and old projects) and evidence through via the website
Reports will be monitored and evaluated by the ECO-Schools Committee and award’s given.
